Sam Mikel is the best service advisor you can find! The relationship he builds with every customer is of exceptional quality. He is competent and will always give you the advice you're looking for. Going to the dealership for service is a pleasure when he is there. Whether you're going in for service or warranty work, he'll put a smile on your face. Making things short, he cares about the customer and unlike other dealerships, is not there to milk your wallet.

I find the other service advisors rude and unwelcoming. They can care less about you or your car. On one occasion, after servicing my vehicle, personnel failed to wash my car and managed to park it 1/4 miles away from the dealership. On another occasion, my vehicle came out of the wash partially undryed with a fair amount of dirt still present on the car. I could not see anything in the back because the rear window along with the left and right mirrors were completely wet.

Eddy is the worst car salesman I have ever met. He was very rude, impolite, and looked very lazy and unhappy about selling Infiniti. I met Razmik shortly thereafter and purchased my second Infiniti branded vehicle from him.

I'll go back again simply because it is 1) local 2) Sam Mikel, great service advisor.

Overall, I give Glendale Infiniti a 2/5 .

well randy sucks, the hispanic dude sucks as well, Sam Mikel i would agree is pretty good .

edit: when i was doing the oil consumption tests, on one of the oil changes they forgot my dipstick and i was driving on the 134 near pasadena and all of sudden smoke came out of my car, i go 2 check it out they forgot the dipstick..oh and they gave me **** about not authorizing a tow there..

i go there another time for another oil change and after a few days i was driving normally, just cruising when my car just stopped i go outside i see that its a gas spill, i go get my car towed there and they tell me that because of my driving the car bounced up AND down such that the ring that was holding the gas line broke.. interesting story, i havent been back ever since and they keep calling me to do my 30k service, funny how im not at 30k yet AND i told them that it is no longer my preffered dealership

I have had good service at Glendale Infiniti but one day they really messed up. The people that work on these cars are should be certified, trained, professionals. Not at Glendale Infiniti they aren't.
I wanted an oil change and when I got the car back. It had radiator fluid all over the engine bay, which I didn't check until I got home. It had already dried up and soaked into the plastic and paint. Took me 2 hours to get most of it off but I took it back and gave them a piece of my mind.
Seriously, what is the one thing you NEVER do when the motor is hot?
This is something every person on this forum knows and a "TRAINED PROFESSIONAL" should obviously know.

DO NOT OPEN THE RADIATOR CAP WHEN THE MOTOR IS HOT!!!

I made them give my motor a full hot steam wash

But they did fix the clicking noise I had in my dash board. :good:
