I took my car in last week to get my window fixed since it would roll up then down by its self, my trunk and door handle lock/unlock and open wouldnt work and i had a check engine light on.....got the car back today everything was running fine until an hour of driving my SLIP, VDC, and SES lights all come on and my car wont let me go over 3000 rpm. i took it back to the dealer and they did nothing about it !!!!!! My SES light stayed on and they ran computers on it to see what was wrong.....supposedly some one tampered with my air flow sensors when there is no way someone could have done that when i had only got the car back an hour ago an parked it for 10 minutes inside a private bank plaza.. they said the repair will cost me 600 bucks since it voids the warranty on it!!!! F**K THAT!!! not to mention i opened my trunk and the plastic part that goes over the trunk latch wasnt even assembled just laying there in my trunk with their tools and bolts left in there. What the f**k should i do here? I swear this is bull**** nobody touched my air sensors but their stupid techs....F**************************************** ***k

Yeah, wanna join me and Robby? We are caravaning there next week, haha.
But I'd ask to speak to a supervisor. Then speak to his supervisor and keep going up. I was actually writing Infiniti a letter but I ended up not sending it, despite the crap I went through with two other dealerships.
You can also call Infiniti customer care, they might be able to help.

This should be in the Southern California Dealer Discussion > General Dealer Talk > Customer Reviews section. More people will know about your experience if it's there.
Sorry about your horrible experience. This is why I don't believe in driving 'Premium' vehicles anymore. It's the same crap everywhere. Just another day at another Nissan dealer. Yes, I said, Nissan.

I am going to Miller tomorrow to get my exhaust checked out and change my oil, hopefully they won't say anything since I am dropped and have aftermarket intake.

Riverside doesn't really care from what I've heard. They take vehicles with turbos, superchargers, etc and still work on em.

Just called Glendale Infiniti and they said that there is a red flag on my car so that no dealership will work on it fukkkkkk that i called Infiniti Consumer Affairs they said a service specialist will call me back by Monday and let me know more...I swear this is so ****ing gayyy not to mention the fact that they laughed at me at Miller Infiniti saying they know what im up too. if only those idiots had half a brain to see how much i love this car and work my *** off everyday just to pay for it and create meets for fellow g members here in socal to go on canyon cruises the stupid smile on their faces would be wiped off

Wow, that's messed up. Customer care is pretty good. They took the weekend to get back due to business hours but I got called back pretty quick. In my case they called me to inform me they were goin to check into it with the dealer. They did that promptly and got back to me within a few hours, but they couldn't really do much in my situation. Basically they said "we can't force a dealership to do anything." For me it was because Metro refused to further inspect my radiator since Cerritos Infiniti replaced it...which is sorta understandable but Infiniti is Infiniti, but oh well.

Bro, go and PM Mike or Rick and talk to them about it. I'm sure they can do something about it.

**** that bull**** man, I hate when people are stupid like that. I always take my car to Metro Infiniti in Duarte and they never say **** about any of my mods, actually I was asking them what else I can do and the tech was giving me advice about what other mods I should do. If I were you I would have asked to talk to the dealer manager right there, not just the service manager but the manager of the whole dealer. I would have been ****ing pissed and I would have had difficulty not raising my voice. Whenever a store tries to screw me I always ask to speak with the manager and they ALMOST always fix the situation to my satisfaction. I am not sure what else you can do but I would document everything and I would threaten to take them to small claims court. It doesn't matter if you have certain mods on your car because not everything voids the warranty. If you DO have mods that void the warranty then you are kind of screwed. Intake and exhaust should not void the warranty. Sometimes a drop may but I think that is bull****. Anyway, if you have to go back ask to speak to the dealership manager and explain the whole situation. If they still won't help you out then I think you should honestly take them to court if you can. I would go on all of the forums and post this story and make sure nobody ever goes there or buys a car from there or anything. I am sorry to hear about this bull**** situation and it makes me mad as a consumer when companies don't help out their own customers.

Just got done with consumer affairs...My car warranty is still good and the dealership will lose a point or something and no infiniti dealership can refuse my car for any type of service or malfunction and the consumer affair woman even appologized to me for having to go through it all and told me Miller has the most complaints out of all the socal dealerships second is glendale....Thanx everyone for the support this **** pissed me off my entire weekend...basically those idiots there were trying to rip me off 600 bucks for no reason...now thats what i call customer service!!!!(yeah right miller can bl0w me)

Wow, I'll be taking the '08 to Riverside then. I've had my '06 for quite some time now and haven't had any problems at Glendale. Then again, all I do is oil changes :D .
